Liverpool are reportedly close to sealing the signatures of three teenagers in Celtic's Ben Doak, Fulham's Fabio Carvalho and Derry City's Trent Kone-Doherty.

Liverpool are reportedly close to sealing the signatures of three up-and-coming youngsters ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Reds have seemingly completed a deal to bring Celtic's Ben Doak to the club, although there has not been an official announcement on the 16-year-old's arrival just yet.

However, Liverpool are understood to have agreed a deal in principle to sign Doak, who will represent one of three new starlets in the Anfield ranks for the 2022-23 season.

According to Football Insider, Fulham playmaker Fabio Carvalho and Derry City winger Trent Kone-Doherty are also set to link up with Doak on Merseyside after reaching agreements with the Reds.

Carvalho was on the verge of joining Liverpool on transfer deadline day back in January, but the paperwork could not be completed in time and he ultimately remained at Craven Cottage.

Meanwhile, 15-year-old attacker Kone-Doherty already represents the Under-19s at Derry City and has scored twice in five appearances for the Republic of Ireland's Under-16 side.
