Liverpool are reportedly the favourites to sign Olympiacos left-back Kostas Tsimikas.
The 23-year-old was linked with both Sheffield United and Leicester City in January, while Tottenham Hotspur are thought to have recently joined the race for the defender.
However, according to Sdna, Liverpool are now at the head of the queue for Tsimikas as they seek competition for Andrew Robertson at left-back during the 2020-21 campaign.
The report claims that the Reds have scouted the Greece international in the Europa League this season and are prepared to meet Olympiacos's €25m (£22m) asking price in order to secure a deal.
Tsimikas, who has a contract with his Greek outfit until the summer of 2022, has contributed seven assists in 37 appearances at club level during the 2020-21 campaign.
Liverpool, meanwhile, have allegedly suffered a setback in their pursuit of RB Leipzig's Timo Werner.
