Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is allegedly trying to persuade the club's board to allow him to bid for PSG winger Julian Draxler.
According to Transfermarketweb, German boss Klopp is a keen admirer of his fellow countryman, and wants to add the 24-year-old to the club's ranks this summer.
The source adds that the manager is doing his utmost to get permission to move for Draxler, with the club in a stable position to do so after the sale of Philippe Coutinho for a reported £142m.
Draxler signed for PSG in 2017 from Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg, the winger having also spent time with Schalke 04 before moving to France.
The German could join a Liverpool attack that includes Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino, who starred as the Reds defeated Watford 5-0 on Saturday.
