Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has allegedly held a face-to-face meeting with Nabil Fekir amid reports linking the Lyon star with a summer move to Anfield.
The German coach met with the France international in an attempt to convince him to join the Reds when the transfer window reopens, according to Canal Plus.
Fekir has been linked with a €70m (£61m) switch to Liverpool, a deal which would also see his younger brother Yassin join the club's Under-23s.
Liverpool are said to be keen to tie the midfielder down with a five-year contract, but Lyon recently claimed that they have not received a firm offer for the player.
Fekir, who has scored 20 goals for Lyon this term, has also been linked with Chelsea and Atletico Madrid.
