Team News: Andy Carroll not in Liverpool squad

Norwich City striker Grant Holt will start on the bench as they host Liverpool in the Premier League.

Steve Morison has been given the nod in attack, while Bradley Johnson will also resume his role in midfield.

Liverpool, meanwhile, leave Andy Carroll out of the squad, with Jonjo Shelvey and Craig Bellamy coming into the side.
