Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling has revealed that his confidence is "sky high" after he scored twice in Sunday's 3-2 win against Norwich City.
The 19-year-old took his tally for the season to nine goals in the victory at Carrow Road, and the youngster is targeting a similar display when the Reds host Chelsea this Sunday.
Sterling is quoted as saying by The Mirror: "I knew I had a lot to give. I just have confidence now and right now it is sky high. We just need to keep building.
"[Brendan Rodgers] has put me in different positions and had the faith to try me there. He has had great faith and I am just glad I got a goal for him and a goal for the team.
"The way we have been playing, we don't need to get too excited. So we go again. That's all we will keep doing until the end and hopefully we can do the business."
Rodgers's side are currently five points clear at the top of the Premier League.
