Police in Manchester are investigating a claim that Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli 'threatened' a woman who was taking pictures of his car.
It is understood that the Italy international moved towards the woman's daughter, who was taking a picture of his Ferrari in the Wythenshawe area of the city.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "We received a report of threatening behaviour and we are investigating."
Balotelli has come under fire after swapping shirts with Real Madrid defender Pepe at half time in the Champions League match between the two last night, the Anfield outfit three goals down by this point.
The Group B game ultimately finished 3-0 to the European champions.
