Liverpool's Simon Mignolet hopes Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge can keep firing

Simon Mignolet is hopeful that Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge can keep up their positive partnership for Liverpool as the season continues.

Liverpool goalkeeper Simon Mignolet is hopeful that Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge can keep up their good form as the season progresses.

The pair received praise for their partnership following the Reds' 3-1 victory over Sunderland in the Premier League on Sunday, with both Suarez and Sturridge getting on the scoresheet.

"Everybody has seen that they have got goals in them," Mignolet told the club's official website. "

They are a very good striking force; they have scored lots of goals and helped us win points. Hopefully we can keep that going."

The Reds' next league fixture is against Crystal Palace at Anfield on Saturday.
