The Merseyside outfit will go up against a club yet to be decided at Bangkok's National Stadium on July 28.
"I've heard a lot about the passion and dedication of the fans in Thailand and we plan to bring them some great football," manager Brendan Rodgers told the club's official website.
The Reds last visited Thailand in 2009.
