Liverpool's Martin Skrtel will face no action from the Football Association for his conduct against Blackburn Rovers last night.

Liverpool manager Kenny Dalglish will have Martin Skrtel at his disposal for Saturday's FA Cup semi-final against rivals Everton at Wembley.

The Slovakian defender has reportedly been investigated by the Football Association for his actions during last night's 3-2 win over Blackburn Rovers.

Skrtel appeared to clash with Rovers defender Grant Hanley just seconds before the Reds scored a last-minute winner.

However, it is believed that the FA have studied all available video footage and concluded that no offence was committed.

Had Skrtel been punished, he would have been facing a three-match suspension.
