Liverpool have a one-in-six chance of being drawn against Dundee United in the third qualifying round of the Europa League later today.
The Reds, who qualified for Europe as League Cup winners last season, have been seeded in Group Two along with Dinamo Moscow, Steaua Bucharest, Bursaspor, Young Boys, Zimbru, Chisinau, Mura 05 and CSKA Sofia.
Brendan Rodgers's team will be paired with an unseeded team from the same group.
In addition to the SPL side, Liverpool's potential opponents are: Ukrainian side FC Arsenal Kyiv, the winners of NK Osijek vs. Kalmar FF, FC Spartak Trnava vs. Sligo Rovers, Maccabi Netanya FC vs. KuPS Kuopio and FK Renova vs. FC Gomel.
