Leicester City have reportedly offered former Chelsea winger Florent Malouda a surprise return to England.
The 34-year-old left Stamford Bridge last summer to move to Turkish side Trabzonspor, having won the Premier League and Champions League while with the Blues.
Foxes boss Nigel Pearson is believed to be keen on adding both experience and firepower to his newly-promoted squad, with Brighton & Hove Albion forward Leonardo Ulloa and Algeria World Cup star Islam Slimani prime targets.
The Mirror reports that Malouda is also on his wishlist, and that the Frenchman received an offer from Leicester some time ago but is considering his options amid interest from across Europe.
Malouda, who made 90 appearances for France between 2004 and 2012, also earned three FA Cup winners' medals during his six years at Chelsea, where he scored 45 goals in 230 games.
