Leicester City midfielder Danny Drinkwater has revealed that the squad is enjoying working under new manager Claudio Ranieri.
The former Chelsea and Inter Milan coach arrived at the King Power Stadium earlier this month, replacing Nigel Pearson in the dugout.
Drinkwater believes that the 63-year-old Italian's experience will prove valuable for the Foxes this season.
"He came in and made [his philosophy] quite clear straight away, which helped the boys get a feel for what the manager is like," he told the club's official website. "It's working well. It's still early days, but it's looking good.
"I'm enjoying it and I think the lads are to be honest. It's something that I'm getting along well with and I'm trying to learn as much as I can when I can.
"When Claudio talks you can't help but listen. His experience and history in the game are things you do try and learn from."
Leicester continue their pre-season campaign tonight when they travel to Burton Albion.
