Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel 'back in training'

Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel returns to training ahead of tomorrow's Champions League match against Porto.

Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has returned to training ahead of tomorrow's Champions League group match against Porto.

The Denmark international was thought to have been given a three-week layoff after picking up a muscle injury.

Schmeichel was left out of Saturday's 4-1 defeat to Manchester United, but he took part in training at Belvoir Drive this morning, according to the Leicester Mercury.

The Foxes will take on Porto tomorrow night in their second game of the Champions League campaign following a 3-0 win over Club Brugge.

Ron-Robert Zieler has been deputising in Schmeichel's absence.
