Sunday's Serie A predictions including Juventus vs. Sampdoria

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Sunday's Serie A matches, including Juventus vs. Sampdoria.

Parma vs. Napoli (Sunday, 11.30am)

Napoli will be looking to start their 2020-21 Serie A campaign with a victory when they travel to Stadio Ennio Tardini on Sunday to take on Parma.

A disappointing 2019-20 season saw Napoli finish down in seventh spot - their worst placing in Italy's top flight for 11 years - while Parma claimed 11th in the table.

We say: Parma 1-2 Napoli

Napoli will be desperate to start their campaign with a positive result, and we fancy the visitors to triumph this weekend. Parma are capable of making it a difficult 90 minutes for Gattuso's side, but Napoli's superior quality should eventually shine through to allow them to pick up all three points.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Genoa vs. Crotone (Sunday, 2.00pm)

Genoa begin their 2020-21 Serie A campaign with a home clash against Crotone on Sunday afternoon, a fixture which comes just six weeks after they narrowly avoided relegation to the second tier.

They face opponents in Crotone who are back in Italy's top flight after finishing as runners-up in Serie B last season.

We say: Genoa 2-1 Crotone

Given their close call last season, it has to be expected that Genoa will be much improved during this campaign. While Crotone may have first-game adrenaline running through their team, we feel that the home side will edge out the newcomers this weekend.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Sassuolo vs. Cagliari (Sunday, 5.00pm)

Sassuolo return to Serie A action on Sunday evening looking to build on claiming eighth spot in the standings last season.

As for Cagliari, they make the trip to the MAPEI Stadium having only finished in 14th position during the most recent campaign.

We say: Sassuolo 2-1 Cagliari

Despite a poor end to last season, Sassuolo will be motivated to turn around their form over the coming weeks. While Cagliari should theoretically only improve after the appointment of Di Francesco, it may take some time for him to stamp his mark on his new side.

Our tipster partners are predicting that both teams will score (BTTS - yes).

Juventus vs. Sampdoria (Sunday, 7.45pm)

Juventus will be looking to make a winning start to their 2020-21 Serie A campaign when they welcome Sampdoria to the Allianz Stadium on Sunday night.

The Old Lady won Serie A for a ninth time in succession last season, while Sampdoria ended the campaign in 15th position in the table, losing more than half of their 38 league matches.

We say: Juventus 2-0 Sampdoria

Juve will not be at full strength this weekend, but it is still very difficult to look past the reigning champions on home soil. A number of players will be looking to make a positive impression on Pirlo, and we are predicting a routine home success for the Old Lady.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.
