Ajax stand between Juventus and a place in the semi-finals of the Champions League for the third time in five years.
The Italian champions fell at the quarter-final hurdle with defeat to Real Madrid 12 months ago but, with Cristiano Ronaldo now part of their squad, they have been heavily backed to go all the way.
Ronaldo has not featured for Juventus since the 3-0 win over Atletico Madrid in the last round, though, and Massimiliano Allegri may also have to shuffle his pack in central midfield.
Ahead of Wednesday's showdown at the Johan Cruijff ArenA, Sports Mole looks at how Juve could line up.
Out: Juan Cuadrado, Douglas Costa, Emre Can, Andrea Barzagli
Doubtful: Cristiano Ronaldo
Ronaldo injured his thigh during Portugal's recent Euro 2020 qualifier against Serbia and has not been seen since. Allegri is unsure about the forward's fitness, but he has been given a chance of starting this first leg.
Should the former Madrid star pass a fitness test, it will likely mean that Moise Kean - who has scored seven goals in eight matches for club and country - will start on the bench.
Only against Bayern Munich (nine) and his current side Juventus (10) has Ronaldo scored more Champions League goals than he has against Ajax (seven).
Can will miss out on this trip to Amsterdam, however, as he limped off during the 2-1 win against AC Milan. Sami Khedira is back from a layoff to provide cover.
Full-back Alex Sandro missed the second leg against Atletico because of suspension, meanwhile, but he is back available for this match and appears certain to start.
