Ipswich Town and Bournemouth shared two goals evenly during the opening 45 minutes of their Championship fixture at Portman Road this afternoon.
It was the visitors that made the majority of the early running, but neither Simon Francis nor Lewis Grabban was able to keep their efforts on target.
The Cherries then created their best chance of the half in the 30th minute, but Marc Pugh's cross was headed over by Yann Kermorgant.
His miss was then punished with 36 minutes on the clock by Paul Anderson, who stole in at the back post to convert a Cole Skuse cross from close range.
Moments later, Aaron Cresswell went close to scoring a second for the home team, but his curling effort was tipped on to the post by visiting goalkeeper Lee Camp.
Spurred on by that save, Bournemouth went on to equalise in the closing stages of the half thanks to centre-back Steve Cook, who sent an acrobatic effort into the roof of Ipswich's net.
