Inter Milan will reportedly face a legal battle with Mauro Icardi as the striker pushes for a route out of San Siro.
The Argentine has been ostracised from the Inter squad following a dispute with the club's board and new manager Antonio Conte's insistence on using Romelu Lukaku as his main striker.
However, due to Icardi's wages, wage demands and difficult reputation - along with his well-known wife and agent Wanda Nara - no move away from the club has materialised.
According to Calcio Mercato, the Nerazzurri now fear that the Icardi camp could launch a 'mobbing' lawsuit - effectively suing them for bullying.
Reports suggested that Inter were looking to strike a swap deal with Juventus involving Paulo Dybala, but the Old Lady have no interest in strengthening a direct rival.
The Serie A transfer window shuts at 7pm BST on September 2, giving Icardi precious little time to find a new club.
