Roberto Mancini content with point against Juventus

Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini takes the positives from his team's goalless draw against Juventus in Serie A on Sunday.

Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini has revealed that he was content with the point his team gained against Serie A champions Juventus on Sunday.

An open match at the San Siro saw both teams hit the woodwork, but neither could find the back of the net as the points were shared in a goalless draw.

Mancini has admitted, however, that his team struggled to make their mark in the second period after Juventus gained control of the ball.

"We used the 4-2-3-1, as we did in the second half with Sampdoria. I was satisfied overall, it was a game of few chances, but I had some players back from international duty on Friday," Mancini told Sky Sport Italia.

"We went a little too deep in the second half and struggled compared to the first. At the end of the day, such a tough and hard-fought match was good and I'm sure Juventus will be back challenging for the Scudetto within a couple of months."

Inter are currently third in the Serie A table, while Juventus remain 14th having only taken nine points from eight games this season.
