Brighton and Hull go into the break locked at 0-0 after a goalless first half at the Amex Stadium.

Neither Brighton & Hove Albion nor Hull City could break the deadlock in the first half of their Championship fixture this afternoon, going into the break locked at 0-0.

Robert Koren had the first effort on goal, letting fly from distance, but he couldn't direct his shot on target as it skimmed past the post.

Jose Ulloa and Craig Mackail-Smith combined shortly afterwards, exchanging passes before the latter fired a shot off target.

David Lopez then came close for the hosts, but his well-struck shot from the edge of the area was beaten away by David Stockdale.

Stockdale was called upon once again soon after, tipping Andrea Orlandi's free kick over the crossbar.
