Germany manager Joachim Low has claimed that his side deserved to win against Scotland in their Euro 2016 qualifier at Hampden Park, adding that he also expects to beat the Republic of Ireland in October.
Gordon Strachan's charges twice levelled against the world champions and went in all square at the break, but they couldn't respond to Ilkay Gundogan's 54th-minute goal to leave the Scots on the end of a 3-2 defeat.
Low is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "The reality is we were the better team and created more chances. Yes, I expect to win in Ireland next month. Of course."
Germany, top of Group D with two games to go, need two more points to qualify automatically for next year's finals in France.
