Fulham loan striker Pavel Pogrebnyak has revealed that he has begun contract negotiations over a permanent deal with the Cottagers.
The 28-year-old has been vocal about his desire to stay with the Premier League club after impressing manager Martin Jol following his move to Craven Cottage from Stuttgart in January.
"Yes, the negotiations about my contract with Fulham have already begun," sport.mail.ru quotes Pogrebnyak as saying.
"My agent has already talked to the management of the club. I think there's a big chance that I will stay in England. Me, the coach and the management, we are all solid on the question regarding my future."
The Russian frontman has netted five goals for the London side since his arrival three months ago.
