Derek Boateng announces via his Twitter account that he has signed a two-year contract with Fulham.

Ghana midfielder Derek Boateng has announced that he is "finally happy" as he completes a move to Premier League outfit Fulham.

The Cottagers are yet to confirm the 30-year-old's switch from Ukrainian outfit Dnipro, but the midfielder took to Twitter to express his joy in signing a two-year contract.

Boateng wrote: "I have signed a two-year deal with Fulham FC! I'm happy to see this deal confirmed! Thanks God, my family and everyone who support me!"

Boateng was close to moving to Craven Cottage in January, but the deal fell through due to contractual problems.
