Ronald Koeman: 'No future for Oumar Niasse at Everton'

Everton manager Ronald Koeman confirms that striker Oumar Niasse has no future at the club.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman has confirmed that Oumar Niasse has no future at the club.

The 26-year-old only joined the Toffees in January, but has been heavily linked with a move away from the club just seven months into his four-and-a-half-year deal.

Crystal Palace have been credited with an interest in the Senegal international as part of the deal to send Yannick Bolasie the other way, and Koeman is happy to let the striker go.

"He can make his transfer because he is not in my opinion the future, what we need in his position," he told reporters.

Niasse, who cost the Toffees £13.5m, made just five Premier League appearances for the club.
