Everton weigh up Ashley Williams move?

Everton will make an offer for Ashley Williams if John Stones leaves the club, according to reports.

Everton are reportedly preparing a bid for Swansea City captain Ashley Williams if John Stones leaves the club.

The Toffees will reject a third bid from Chelsea for the 21-year-old, but the Mirror claims that they are preparing 30-year-old Williams as a replacement in case Chelsea meet their valuation for Stones.

Williams played under current Everton manager Roberto Martinez between 2008 and 2009.

Stones has played 46 times for Everton since making his debut in 2013.
