Everton manager Roberto Martinez will miss out on young striker Ayoze Perez with Real Madrid reportedly close to a deal for the 20-year-old.
A Bola claims that the Tenerife forward is now primed to move to the Bernabeu despite interest from the Goodison Park club and Portuguese giants Porto, who were thought to have agreed a pre-contract agreement with the player.
A possible transfer for Perez, who has scored 13 goals this season in Spain's second tier, may only cost Real around £800,000.
