Everton are reportedly keen to discuss a new and improved contract with Jordan Pickford amid suggestions that Chelsea want to sign the England goalkeeper in this summer's transfer window.
The 24-year-old joined Everton from Sunderland last summer, and kept 10 clean sheets in 38 Premier League appearances during the 2017-18 campaign.
Chelsea will reportedly move for Pickford if Thibaut Courtois leaves this summer, with the Belgium international expected to join Real Madrid.
However, according to Sky Sports News, Everton are keen to discuss a new deal with Pickford as soon as possible, and could kick off negotiations when the stopper returns to his club next week following an extended holiday.
Pickford's current contract at Goodison Park runs until the summer of 2022, and it is understood that he collects in the region of £60,000 a week.
