Everton prepare a £35m bid for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson, according to a report.

Everton are reportedly preparing a £35m bid for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson.

Wilson scored 14 times and registered 10 assists in 30 Premier League appearances for the Cherries during an impressive 2018-19 campaign.

The 27-year-old was linked with Chelsea during the January transfer window, but Eddie Howe's side managed to keep hold of the two-time England international.

According to The Sun, though, Bournemouth will now have to resist summer interest from Everton, with the Merseyside giants preparing a £35m offer for the striker.

Cenk Tosun only managed three Premier League goals during the 2018-19 season, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin struck six after becoming the team's starting forward for long periods.
