Everton striker Cenk Tosun reportedly emerges as a transfer target for Qatari club Al Gharafa.

Al Gharafa are reportedly willing to pay a substantial fee in order to sign Everton forward Cenk Tosun.

Despite costing £27m at the beginning of 2018, Tosun has never held down a regular spot in the starting lineup at Goodison Park.

A total of nine goals have come from 23 starts and 21 substitute outings, leading to the Turkey international remaining down the pecking order under Marco Silva.

According to Sky Sports News, Qatari club Al Gharafa have indicated that they want to sign the 28-year-old before the end of September.

The report hints that they are prepared to pay a fee somewhere in the region of what Everton paid Besiktas just 20 months ago.

Tosun is yet to make an appearance in the Premier League this season.
