Roberto Martinez: 'Seamus Coleman fit to face Tottenham Hotspur'

Everton manager Roberto Martinez reveals that Seamus Coleman could start in Saturday's trip to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

Everton manager Roberto Martinez has revealed that Seamus Coleman has been passed fit for Sunday's trip to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

The full-back had to settle for a place on the bench for last weekend's win over Aston Villa following a minor tissue injury.

However, Coleman could now start for the Toffees at White Hart Lane as they look to record a second consecutive victory.

"I would say Seamus is probably in the right category [to play]," Martinez told the club's official website.

Coleman has scored six goals in 26 games for Everton so far this season.
