England manager Roy Hodgson has insisted that he is more confident now that his side will reach the 2014 World Cup following the draw with Ukraine.
Having gone a goal down on Tuesday night, a Frank Lampard penalty drew the hosts level late on in the game before Steven Gerrard was sent off for a second bookable offence.
Despite a lacklustre performance, the Three Lions chief is adamant that his side can reach the tournament in Brazil.
"I was very pleased with many of the aspects of the play," said Hodgson.
"I leave Wembley a lot more confident that we have a group of players who will take this England team to Rio."
England remain unbeaten in their current World Cup qualifying campaign.
