An ankle injury forces Ben Morgan to miss England's Six Nations clash with Wales.

Ben Morgan has been ruled out of England's last Six Nations clash of the year against Wales on Saturday afternoon.

The 24-year-old's absence was confirmed by Stuart Lancaster earlier today after he failed to overcome an ankle injury that has troubled him for a number of weeks now.

It means that coach Lancaster will now have to select an alternative for the Gloucester number eight, who had been tipped to start against the Welsh had he been able to shake off the complaint.

Should England win at the Millennium Stadium, they will have completed the Six Nations Grand Slam for a 13th time.
