Fabio Capello has reportedly been gagged by the FA from speaking about England as a TV pundit.
Capello resigned as England manager with a £1.5m pay-off and confidentiality clause, according to The Mirror.
The Italian is expected to take a job as a TV pundit for Euro 2012 but the deal means that he will not be allowed to comment on England matches.
Capello has emerged as a target for clubs such as Inter Milan, Anzhi Makhachkala and Chelsea.
