Dundee United could reignite their interest in Hibernian midfielder Scott Allan, according to a report in the press.
United previously saw a £250,000 bid rejected by Hibs on deadline day in January, but The Scotsman suggests that Dundee boss Jackie McNamara could make another move for the 23-year-old this summer.
Since the start of 2015, Dundee have lost Gary Mackay-Steven, Gary Armstrong and Nadir Ciftci, and it is believed that United chairman Steven Thompson now wants to spend money on revamping the club's squad.
Allan won the Scottish Championship's Player of the Year accolade last season.
