Deportivo La Coruna keen on Aston Villa's Carlos Sanchez?

Deportivo La Coruna want to bring Aston Villa midfielder Carlos Sanchez back to Spain in this summer's transfer window, according to a report.

Deportivo La Coruna are reportedly interested in bringing Aston Villa midfielder Carlos Sanchez back to Spain.

The Colombian international joined Villa in the summer of 2014 off the back of an impressive campaign for Elche.

The 30-year-old made 28 Premier League appearances during his first season in England, but has only managed 12 this time around in a team that are heading for the Championship.

Sanchez is widely expected to leave Villa Park at the end of the season and according to The Mirror, La Liga outfit Deportivo head the list of interested clubs.

The 62-time Colombian international is contracted to Villa until the summer of 2018.
