Conor Casey netted a brace as Philadelphia Union beat DC United 2-0 at PPL Park on Saturday.
The experienced forward broke the deadlock on 35 minutes as he tucked home from Sebastien Le Toux's flick-on to score his eighth goal of the year.
Casey's second of the game came 15 minutes from time when he hit a tame volley that goalkeeper Bill Hamid failed to deal with.
The win moves the Union up to third in the MLS Eastern Conference.
