Crystal Palace are reportedly considering a bid for Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo in the summer transfer market, as he is the number one target for the club.

Crystal Palace have made Rangers midfielder Joe Aribo their number one transfer target, according to a report.

The January window may have just shut, but the Eagles are already preparing for next season by working out who they want to sign when the market opens up again.

According to The Scottish Sun, Crystal Palace have made Aribo their main target to sign this summer, with the club preparing a £10m bid for him at the end of the season.

Patrick Vieira is looking to replace Conor Gallagher, who is set to return to Chelsea at the end of his loan, and that is why the Rangers midfielder is a target for them.

Aribo has played 23 times in the Scottish Premiership this season, scoring six times, and he has been a featured member of the squad across other competitions for the Gers.

Meanwhile, Crystal Palace will be back in action against Norwich City on Wednesday when Premier League football returns.
