Crystal Palace and Bolton Wanderers go into the break goalless at Selhurst Park.

Crystal Palace and Bolton Wanderers have gone into half time goalless at Selhurst Park.

It was the visitors who made the brighter start when Chris Eagles fired an effort just wide after 18 seconds.

Eagles then came close again when he forced Julian Speroni to make a fine save after a drive from the edge of the box.

Bolton should have been in front through Darren Pratley, but he could only head wide after a brilliant run and cross from Tyrone Mears.

Palace had a goal disallowed just before the break when Glenn Murray was adjudged to have been offside when he tapped in the rebound from Yannick Bolasie's shot.
