Dinamo Zagreb attacking midfielder Alen Halilovic has revealed his pride at being called up to the full Croatia squad.
Halilovic, who has been linked with a move to Manchester City, said that he would always have chosen Croatia over Bosnia, for whom he was also eligible through his father.
"I'm over the moon; I'm happy and also very proud," he told Dinamo's official website.
"For me this is a great reward, now I will try even harder. There was a lot of talk about [which country I would play for], but for me there wasn't any doubt. Besides that, I played for all of the youth teams of Croatia."
Halilovic became the Champions League's second-youngest player when he appeared for Dinamo this season.
