Five players are told that their contracts with League One side Coventry City will not be renewed.

League One side Coventry City have decided to part with five of their out-of-contract players.

Defender Richard Wood has been joined on the departures list by Jordan Stewart, Stephen Elliott, Nathan Cameron and Danny Philliskirk.

"We need to refresh and re-invigorate the squad so tough decisions have to be made but I would personally like to thank all of the players for their efforts during my time here and I wish them the very best for the future," manager Steven Pressley told the club's official website.

The Sky Blues ended the season in 15th spot after they had been docked 10 points for entering administration.
