Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has revealed that he doesn't expect the club's supporters to provide a friendly welcome for Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Leon Clarke on Saturday.
Clarke left the Sky Blues to join the League One champions during the January transfer window, and while Pressley believes that the fans will be appreciative of the 29-year-old's efforts, he doesn't think that they will welcome him back to the club.
The 40-year-old is quoted by the Birmingham Mail as saying: "You would hope that he'd get a decent reception, but do I think he will? No. That's normal in football even though the supporters appreciate what a really good player he was for the team.
"The fans sometimes understand why players move on but the timing and way he left kind of disappointed them and me, so I would imagine that they'll make their feelings known."
Clarke scored 18 goals in 29 appearances for Coventry this season before his departure to Wolves.
