Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly planning to table a £20m bid for Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.
The Belgium international recently suggested that he is open to leaving the Blues on a permanent deal following loan stints at West Bromwich Albion and Everton.
According to The Metro, Spurs, who expressed an interest in Lukaku at the end of last season, are preparing a £20m bid for the 21-year-old.
The striker has claimed that he wants to play Champions League football, which Tottenham cannot provide, but the North London outfit are said to be the only club to have made a firm offer.
