Tottenham Hotspur reportedly make contact with Torino centre-back Bremer over a proposed £30m move to North London this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly made contact with Torino centre-back Bremer over a proposed move to North London this summer.

The 25-year-old's long-term future with the Serie A outfit has come into question in recent months amid interest from a host of European clubs including Paris Saint-Germain, Liverpool and Chelsea.

Spurs boss Antonio Conte is believed to be keen to recruit at least one new central defender ahead of the 2022-23 campaign, with Bremer on the club's list of targets.

According to Corriere Granata, via The Mirror, Tottenham have held talks with the Brazilian's representatives ahead of making a £30m bid.

The report adds that Spurs could face stern competition from Italian giants AC Milan and Inter Milan for the defender, who has two years remaining on his contract.

Tottenham have also been strongly linked with Inter's Alessandro Bastoni, but the defender's agent has ruled out a potential switch to the Lilywhites, stating that his client is happy at San Siro.
