Chelsea defender David Luiz has reportedly been told that he must adapt to new manager Jose Mourinho's playing style or be sold by the club.

Chelsea defender David Luiz will be told to alter his playing style or face the axe at the club, according to a report.

Luiz has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge this summer, with Barcelona reportedly interested in the 26-year-old.

New Blues boss Jose Mourinho wants to change the way in which his side plays and he believes that the Brazilian international is too erratic to play centre-back in his team, which could see him exit the club, according to The Express.

Luiz joined Chelsea in 2011 for £21m from Benfica.
