Chelsea midfielder Ramires believes that his club are currently scouting Benfica's Axel Witsel.
Having recently come up against the Belgian international in the Champions League, Ramires has insisted that the 23-year-old has all the necessary qualities to make an impact in England.
"It's known when a player stands out that Chelsea are eyeing him," Ramires told the Portuguese media. "They're following Witsel and he's an excellent player.
"He's a player who can do very well in England."
Witsel joined Benfica last summer from Standard Liege.
