Chelsea have reportedly indicated that they are willing to hand N'Golo Kante a new deal worth £290,000 per week.
Kante is currently in his third campaign at Stamford Bridge, and the France international has made a total of 81 starts in the Premier League since joining the club from Leicester City.
Paris Saint-Germain have been linked with a move for the 27-year-old - who still has over two-and-a-half years remaining on his contract - but it appears that Chelsea are doing all that they can to keep hold of one of their key men.
According to the London Evening Standard, the West Londoners have told Kante that they are prepared to give him a contract extension and almost double his wages.
The terms would make Kante the club's highest-paid player, although Eden Hazard would likely earn more should he commit his future to Chelsea.
