Liverpool to rival Chelsea for Porto teenager Ruben Neves?

Liverpool will reportedly rival Chelsea for Porto teenager Ruben Neves's signature next summer.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp will reportedly try to snatch Porto teenager Ruben Neves from Chelsea's clutches next summer.

The German coach, who joined the Reds last Thursday, is believed to be keen on the £20m-rated starlet.

According to the Daily Star, Liverpool sent scouts to watch the youngster play for Portugal's Under-21s against Hungary on Friday night, but the Premier League club are not expected to launch a bid until the end of the season.

Klopp revealed to the media last week that he has the first and last word on transfers at Anfield.
