Chelsea winger Eden Hazard has said that he remains fully focused on winning the Europa League with Chelsea, despite frequent speculation regarding his future.
Hazard has just over a year remaining on his contract at Stamford Bridge, and Real Madrid are ready to sign the Belgium international should Chelsea decide to cash in during the next transfer window.
However, Hazard insists that he is not thinking about his next move, with Chelsea having reached the Europa League final courtesy of a penalty-shootout win over Eintracht Frankfurt on Thursday night.
The playmaker told BT Sport: "I'm only thinking about winning something for this club and this squad. If it's my last game I will try to do everything for this club to win a trophy. In my mind, I don't know yet [if it will be my last game]."
Chelsea netted the decisive spot kick against Frankfurt as the Blues set up a showdown with Premier League rivals Arsenal.
