Kevin de Bruyne insists that he has not signed any contract with any club, as speculation over his Chelsea future increases.

Chelsea midfielder Kevin de Bruyne has insisted that he has not signed a contract with Borussia Dortmund.

The 21-year-old, who is slated to return to the Blues this summer when his loan spell at Werder Bremen ends, has been linked with a move to Jurgen Klopp's side in recent weeks.

"I have not signed anything," ESPN quotes him as saying. "I have never said that [a deal has been agreed with Dortmund]. The clubs now need to talk."

De Bruyne's agent Patrick de Koster added in Weser Kurier: "We will talk to Chelsea first. Kevin will play for either Dortmund, [Bayer] Leverkusen or Chelsea next season."

De Bruyne joined Chelsea from Genk in January 2012.
