Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Atletico Mineiro midfielder Bernard.

The 20-year-old is understood to have been recommended to the Blues by former Stamford Bridge favourite Deco.

According to The Sun, Chelsea officials have been impressed by Bernard and are willing to meet Atletico's £6m valuation for the player.

Bernard made his senior international debut for Brazil during last week's Superclasico win over Argentina.
